Suzanne Lindsey
Founder | Notary & Signing Professional
A service-disabled U.S. Army veteran, Suzanne brings decades of leadership, accountability, and administrative experience to PV Notary & Signing Services. Before entering military service, she worked in banking and served as a commissioned notary, gaining early experience handling important documents and customer transactions. Her distinguished military career further strengthened the precision, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail that define PV’s standard of service. As Founder, Suzanne leads the business with a commitment to providing dependable, professional notary and signing services to individuals, families, businesses, and professional partners throughout Clarksville and Middle Tennessee.
Dan Lindsey
Co-Founder | Notary & Signing Professional
Dan brings extensive experience in federal, military, and legal-support environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance are essential. He performed authorized notarial services while supporting U.S. military communities in Europe and later served as a commissioned Washington State Notary Public while working as a Legal Assistant at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. His legal-support experience included powers of attorney, affidavits, wills, client intake, legal case files, and document quality reviews. As Co-Founder, Dan brings that same disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every signing and client interaction.

Current credential information is available upon request. Services are accepted only when the assigned notary holds all credentials and authority required for that appointment.
